Normally James wouldn't be visiting a bar like the Jolly Roger. He didn't like to think of himself as a snob, but he had some standards. A vampire-run establishment wasn't on his top list of 'places to go' when he wasn't working.

However, he had new and better reasons to ignore his sensibilities. Specifically one.

"I'll take your word for it." He says with easy solemnity and a small smile.

"Are they always that charming?"

If so, he didn't think he'd have much in the way of competition.
