Childermass shrugs slightly, raising his eyebrows at the response. Somehow he doubts the truth behind it, but what point is there in bothering the other man about it. Though something in his expression is unimpressed, calling him out on the bullshit in a way, even as he lets it slide.
"It is no trouble. Though if the scenery's boring you so, I might question your reason for frequenting a place such as this. Unless it is the statue itself you do not like." He turns to regard it for a moment, though he can't exactly find fault in it. Not that he's really one to be able to tell, all things considered. He has something of a talent for drawing, for copying, but nothing more. "I suppose that it is less than riveting."
