Okay so Bulma only just heard about the fall of Circle Midnight a few minutes ago, before the conversation petered off into something genuinely uninteresting, so she hadn't actually expected to see Nancy. She was going to text the other witch later when she settled down, but now will do just fine. She hugs Nancy back tightly, bouncing up and down on her toes.
