Evie watches the display- she's not particularly interested, just watching out for Max. At least, until Eponine straddles the man. That's a bit too far for her, especially in public like this, even if they are amongst friends. Evie leaves her seat and in a blink she's at Eponine's side, putting her hand firmly on the woman's shoulder.

"Ponine," she says, "That's enough."
