Heeey! I'll be down for Heiji to have heard about Lyra. She's always moving around, originally having come from the Courts in China but wanted to travel, so he could have totally heard stuff about her at any point.

I'm down with keeping the CR from the test drive as game canon. Like I said on plurk, we can just say Matthew has been super busy but! He totally was up to have Heiji drop by the bar and the two had a nice chat now and then.
