Potential CR Planning

Hello! This post is for all prospective players to discuss their characters' AU backgrounds with canonmates and other characters, and to establish pre-existing CR (character relations). The aim is to help you figure out what to write in the background section of your application and to give you a starting point for building CR when you join the game.

You can use this post to:

• Share your ideas on how you'd like to adapt your character's background to the game.
• Ask questions and request feedback on your AU plans.
• Discuss potential shared history with canonmates and build in cross-canon CR.

Please note that nothing discussed here is guaranteed, since not all prospective players will submit an app or be accepted into the game, while others will app without having commented to this post. After the first application round, there will be a follow-up CR planning post for accepted players to confirm initial plans, make changes, and look for new CR.

Aziraphale is a fae pretending to be a metahuman, he's an instructor at Redbright Institute teaching new students how to adapt to being in a supernatural community. I can see an interesting cr dynamic forming between these two!

Yes, absolutely! I don't know if many are privy to his secret, but she would sympathize at least.

Only the higher staff (level 4 and up I believe) would know his true nature but he would sympathize with her and her cause to help out others like her! He has some ties to the outreach program, wanting to help more outcast fae since they're more overlooked than metahumans, so it's possible they both could be trying to influence the program.

Yeah, I can see her being a part of that, mostly because she knows how much it sucks to not be able to be your true self.

I read up there about his personality and I think they could get along because Elsa is kind of socially awkward too. In the movie that stems from locking herself in her bedroom for like 10 years so I have to figure out how to put that into the AU - maybe just from having an awkward childhood, being the only witch around, accidentally freezing things, being made fun of, etc.

Aww poor Elsa. Well hey, at least Aziraphale won't be the only socially awkward one around so he'll fit in better! Of course this could either mean they'll understand each other better or they'll understand each other even less, but I'll guess they at the very least will get along well enough.
